The service provides an introduction
These terms explain the role of Montco Roofers and the practical boundaries of using its request form. SoleSource Pros operates this free referral service for Montgomery County homeowners. Montco Roofers is not a roofing contractor. We connect a request with ONE independent licensed and insured roofing contractor serving the area, never sell that request to multiple contractors, and do not turn a submission into a roofing contract. Read the information here alongside the Privacy page before deciding what to send.
Using the website gives you a way to describe a roofing concern and request project-related contact. It does not engage a Montco Roofers installation crew, order construction materials, or instruct anyone to begin work. The independent business receiving the referral decides what services it can offer and discusses those services directly with you.
No match should be interpreted as a guarantee of availability, suitability for every specialty, lowest pricing, or future workmanship. You decide whether to continue after speaking with the roofer. You may request clarification, consult another professional independently, or decline a proposal. The referral does not prevent those choices or replace your review of the business and the work being offered.
02
Submit a request you are entitled to make
Provide accurate contact information and describe a genuine project concern. If you are helping another homeowner, make sure you have permission to provide that person’s information and arrange contact. Do not submit another person’s details as a test, use the form for unrelated solicitations, or include material that is unnecessary to the roofing inquiry.
Descriptions should distinguish what you observed from what you suspect. Report a stain, missing material, or prior repair without claiming knowledge of concealed conditions you have not seen. If a detail changes, use a clearly labeled correction through the form. Avoid payment credentials, government identifiers, door codes, or documents that the referral process does not require.
03
Permission to share and make project contact
By submitting, I agree that Montco Roofers (SoleSource Pros) may share my request with one independent roofing contractor serving my area, who may contact me by phone, text or email about this project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
That permission supports the referral conversation. It is not acceptance of a price, financing agreement, construction schedule, or material selection. Receiving a call or text does not oblige you to hire the contractor. Notifications associated with the request are handled exclusively through the CRM; the website does not send separate notification emails. Contractor contact remains distinct from an automated notification.

04
Construction terms come from the contractor
Before authorizing work, read the independent contractor’s written proposal. Identify the business responsible, the roof areas included, the materials and details proposed, and the assumptions behind the price. Discuss removal, disposal, ventilation, flashing, property protection, and cleanup. An appealing total is not enough to show that a proposal covers the problem you intended to address.
Ask how concealed decking damage or other additional work would be documented, priced, and approved. Review payment milestones, schedule assumptions, cancellation provisions, and any warranty language with the contractor. Montco Roofers does not issue those construction commitments or invent them on the contractor’s behalf. Keep a copy of the actual agreement rather than treating general website descriptions as project-specific terms.
05
Credentials, local approvals, and safe access
Ask for the roofer’s Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration number and verify it with the Pennsylvania Attorney General where registration is required. Request current insurance documentation and discuss relevant material experience. A referral does not replace those checks. Registration and insurance also answer different questions; neither alone describes the proposed installation or the scope of a workmanship promise.
Confirm the governing municipality for your property and ask about applicable approvals. King of Prussia is in Upper Merion, Blue Bell is in Whitpain, and Plymouth Meeting spans areas in Plymouth and Whitemarsh. Mailing labels do not resolve every address question. Agree who handles permits before work begins, and do not enter unsafe roof or attic areas to complete a website request.
06
Website guidance and information handling
Cost discussions and roofing explanations are general planning information, not an inspection, engineering opinion, insurance decision, or binding offer. Actual conditions, measured area, access, and the chosen assembly affect a contractor’s assessment. No website paragraph can establish the cause of a particular leak. Ask the contractor what evidence supports its recommendation and which conditions remain uncertain.
The form workflow keeps a full payload backup and forwards request information to the CRM. That includes contact and project details as well as technical information such as IP and user_agent data. Review the Privacy page for the processing explanation. Use the form for a labeled correction or privacy question; these terms do not establish invented retention periods or guaranteed record-removal outcomes.
